Wrk5 – Future Internet Model for Smart City Services [Website/Call for Papers]

Scope: The Internet today is serving an ever- g r o wi n g population of users and it is a critical communications infrastructure supporting social economic and welfare. The on-going development in the Smart City is undergoing a paradigm shift at the advent of network virtualization, networked media systems, pervasive computing, cloud computing, the Internet of Things through interconnection of intelligent devices, next generation wireless communication systems and networks, etc. This workshop aims to bring together researchers from the Information System and Smart City related fields. Together we aim to understand and clarify the role of Future Internet framework for smart city services and their impact on the tomorrow’s digital economy. It is also the aim in this workshop to explore and exchange the knowledge of latest researches on conceptual frameworks, mathematical models, simulation and test-bed of future networks and the evolution of the current Internet architecture to accommodate the demand of future connectivity, services and applications. The workshop will be held with WF-IoT2018, Singapore. There will be short paper in the recent research work of Smart City.
Authors are invited to give a talk on the research perspective and implications of Smart City, not limited to the following issues:

The workshop aims to foster discussion on Blockchain Technology related problem and solutions, security standardization for Internet of Things and discuss security for Infrastructure of resources constrains application such as Health care, Intelligent Communications, Vehicular communication etc. We need to identify the data management know the security requirements needed during design and development of Internet of Things. Therefor it is aims to investigate security, standardization, security method and process for resources constraints communication channels. This workshop invites contribution in IoT security ranging from connected devices and resource constraints environment, network theoretic analysis to security design and experimentation. To work with IoT and connected devices environment and concentrate on research work on Security, Cryptography Embedded security, hardware security for internet of Things. Scope
This special session aims to unify researchers from the especially in Networking, Communication, and Computing fields to explore the research challenges, potentials and novel idea for Future Internet. To understand and clarify the role of Internet-based conceptual frameworks and their impact on the field of the mathematical theory, simulation analysis, and application test-bed results are the essential research tools used by researchers. However, it is considered the current architecture to evolve to accommodate the demand for services and applications. This workshop is offering innovative and daring approaches towards the internet for the future. It provides a compressive overview and challenging task to the improvement of coming Internet technology.
